LAS VEGAS WORLD INVITATIONAL ANNOUNCES OFFICIAL HOST HOTEL AND SPONSOR

Las Vegas World Invitational Show Jumping competition announced today that the Las Vegas Hilton is to be the Official Host Hotel and an Official Sponsor for the first running of the event. The Las Vegas Hilton will host the world's top riders as they visit the entertainment capital of the world to compete for $1 million in prize money at the Thomas and Mack Center, October 14th & 15th, 2005.

“The Las Vegas Hilton looks forward to being the host hotel of this inaugural world-class equestrian event,” said Ira David Sternberg, Vice President of Communications. “This invitational brings the best to our city and allows us to show our best to participants from around the world.”

The Las Vegas World Invitational will combine extreme Olympic-caliber sport with the magical world-class entertainment that only Las Vegas can deliver. Each event in the lineup has been selected to have maximum appeal for stadium and television audiences alike – especially when combined with entertaining and informative commentary and cutting-edge motion camera techniques.
